The Forestwood Middle School Boys Varsity Choir, Cantus, has been selected to perform at the Texas Music Education Association (TMEA) Convention in San Antonio in February 2026!

This is a remarkable achievement! With over 120 choirs applying last year, Forestwood was selected as one of only two middle school tenor–bass choirs in the entire state to receive this prestigious invitation.

Our 33 young men will represent our school and community on this prestigious statewide stage. We are seeking sponsors to help cover the many expenses associated with this trip so our students can experience this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
